View and add users

Accessing the user area

Once logged in, select your business name from the main navigation bar, then select Manage users.

View a user

When you are on the Manage users section you can view all your current users. Select the relevant user to show that user's business level access details.

You can also assign clients to users you've invited to Client Management by selecting Assign clients from the Actions column.

How to add a user

When adding a user you can assign the roles and different levels of access you want this user to have.

  1. Go to Manage users.

  2. Select Add user.

  3. Enter the email for the user.

  4. Select the check box depending on the account level access you want to give. A single user can access both options, a single option or have no access assigned to them.

  5. Select the business you want to assign to the user and include their role and product area. A single user can have multiple roles assigned to them here.

  6. Select Add to complete adding the user. You can assign clients to the user now or later in Client Management. To do it later, go to Settings, Assign Clients or select Assign clients in the Actions column from Manage users or Pending users.

Change first or last name for the user who's logged in

  1. From the navigation bar, select Profile, then My profile.

  2. Select Login details.

  3. Make your changes, then select Save.
